Notification of head office relocation and partial change of articles of incorporation relating to the relocation

At the board of directors meeting held on August 27, 2019, Kantatsu Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yaita-city, Tochigi Prefecture, President: Norihiro Hondo) would like to inform and resolve to move the head office, discussed by the following "partial change of articles of incorporation" on the condition of approval by the extraordinary shareholders' meeting on September 9, 2019.

１． Head office relocation

(１) Purpose

Aiming to strengthen and expand the development system, and enhance the service system,　four bases of the head office (Yaita-city, Tochigi Prefecture), Tokyo office (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), North America Unit (Sukagawa-city, Fukushima Prefecture), and Global Business Unit (Sukagawa-city, Fukushima Prefecture) will be consolidated and moved to Minamishinagawa, Shinagawa-ku in Tokyo.

3-6-21 Minamishinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo

(３) Head office relocation date (planned)

October 1, 2019

(４) Other influence related to this relocation

We are planning to allocate the expense of this relocation for the current consolidated fiscal year (fiscal year ending March 2020).

２． Partial change of articles of incorporation

(１) Purpose

As described in the preceding paragraph, the head office location stipulated in Article 3 of the current articles of incorporation (the location of the head office) will be changed from "Yaita-city, Tochigi Prefecture" to "Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo".
